These terms apply to purchases through our website. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders and payment

Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate before placing an order.

Payment is required at checkout using an available payment method. Your initial order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send your dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unavailable items. If we identify a pricing or product information error, we will contact you before proceeding so you can confirm the corrected order or cancel for a refund.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout.

Promotional offers are subject to the conditions stated with each offer. Prices may change for future purchases, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Delivery

We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery is estimated within two working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Available international delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Any arrangements concerning import taxes or customs charges will be explained before purchase.

We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Please contact us if your parcel is missing, damaged or delayed.

5. Subscription orders

When you select a subscription, you authorise recurring payments using your chosen payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout.

Your subscription continues until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel using the subscription management link in your subscription emails or customer account. You may also contact us for assistance.

To stop the next recurring payment, make changes before it is processed. Cancelling future deliveries does not automatically cancel an order already processed; your applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available.

We will notify you in advance of any proposed change to your subscription price or terms, giving you an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the relevant payment, including any standard outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

You are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

We also offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the remaining product. We will provide return instructions. Return postage under this guarantee is your responsibility.

The photo requirement applies to our voluntary guarantee and does not restrict your statutory rights.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover reasonable necessary return costs.

7. Product information and use

Our products are cosmetic hair and scalp treatments. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.

Please read the ingredient list and follow the directions and warnings on the packaging. Results vary between individuals.

Product images are illustrative. Botanical ingredients may cause natural variations in colour or scent without affecting the product’s quality.

8. Website content

Our branding, photographs, text and other original website content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and use the website for personal purposes, but may not reproduce our content commercially without permission.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

10. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable when you place your order will govern that order, subject to any subscription changes agreed or notified as described above.
